You are normal after all!
I love music. When I was younger, my favorite part of every meeting that we had was praise and worship. To me, if the praise and worship time was bad, the whole meeting was a waste of time and we could all go home.
I even recall a time when I was leading praise and worship and the congregation was not lively and active enough for me so I said to them, "If you are not going to get up and praise God, then why did you even come to church today?
You could have stayed home and left that seat open for someone that really means business for God. You are just wasting your time and do not get mad at God if you are not blessed because you have not given him any praise, so why should He bless you?"
This time was pretty intense. My father, who was also my pastor at the time, had to teach me a few eye opening lessons.
After the meeting was over, he spoke to me privately and said, "You cannot force people to praise God like you and tell them to stay home if they do not. Perhaps, they were giving God praise in the way they knew best."
You cannot decide how someone can reach out to the Lord. Everyone has their own personal relationship with Him. They can praise Him in the way that they desire and how the Lord leads them.
Yes, that was a very embarrassing blooper that I made in my walk with the Lord. If you are a prophet, I am sure you know all about these types of mistakes. You are putting your foot in your mouth more times than you can count.
You are trying to just keep quiet, but this "fire" is rising up and something needs to be said RIGHT NOW. It is either, yes or no, black or white. There is no in between. Either you praise the Lord and show him that you love him or you should just serve the devil.
If you are relating to this and feeling like you are also experiencing the "foot-in-mouth" syndrome, realize that you are not crazy – you are just a prophet. You are normal after all. Well... somewhat.
You will never truly be "normal" because that would just not work out for you - you would die. Just know that you are feeling exactly what you are meant to be feeling.

As you read through this book, it will give you the encouragement that you need to keep on pushing forward in the call that God has given you. You will be surprised to see that you are not in need of a "psych ward", you just need to mature in your call.
In His Love and Grace,
